Our characters don't really feel like they are powerful.
After everything our characters have done like doing heists such as robbing banks, stealing things from government facilities, stopping an AI from launching nukes and all other crazy illegal things which pretty much makes us the greatest criminal mastermind to have ever lived in the GTA universe so far, our characters still don't feel that powerful. To me our characters seem like they are just errand boys or a henchman. It feels like all we do is follow orders. For example, in the casino DLC missions nobody seems to be afraid of us like Tao Cheng or that old guy with the cowboy hat. They are supposed to be these kingpins and you would think that when they see someone like us with the rep we have and the kind of resources that we own (we have a freaking orbital cannon!) that they would respect us but they still treat us like nobodies. Imagine how much cooler and badass it would be if they were like afraid of us. Anyways I wanted to know what your thoughts are about this.

Rockstar made some hidden changes to the Casino Heist with the Summer DLC. Here are 2 examples: Enemies now spawn at the helicopter spawn for the "Reinforced Armour - Humane Labs" mission and the alarm has been changed. It is also way quieter. Some more changes in the comments.
Just finished the 1st DLC. I give it a 8.5/10. For some reason I thought the casino was going to be a little different, felt kinda let down ? But the new characters, the new environment with Trashlantis, makes up for it! Enjoyed the side missions as well ! Overall super fun.
The clip below showcases a part of the original Casino DLC trailer (from 5 months ago) that never shows up in any of the Casino missions. My guess is that it ties into the new Casino Heist DLC, somehow
Just randomly got this message. Is this the casino story stuff? I did all the missions when casino DLC dropped though, so why would I get it now? And does it mean/do anything?
MOC interaction menu not available in Contact Missions after Casino DLC?
Guys, previously you can use MOC interaction menu to request personal vehicle stored in the trailer, even if you're in missions, does't matter if it's Contact Missions or Heists. it seems like after it got integrated into services section, we can no longer use it anymore just like Terrorbyte and Avenger before, all become unavailable. I wonder is this intentional or an oversight?
The newswire actually states how the missions in the update will function. To access the new missions you need to own the master penthouse which itself is highly customisable with different colours and the addons like the spa being separate upgrades. The missions involve protecting the Casino from the and I quote "Corrupt family of Texan Petrochemical magnates." The reward for first time completion is unique rewards, most likely in the form of artworks for your penthouse. But by far the biggest bonus is when you finish hosting every single mission in the set you will get one of the new cars from the update, so TL:DR the penthouse is probably expensive and the car is a way of paying you back on your investment. It also says that you can carry out odd jobs to earn extra cash and chips by calling the head of operations, Agatha Baker (yay more contacts cluttering up my phone). These missions will most likely be like the promote missions included in After Hours but you actually have a monetary reason to do them, it seems that these will be your real money making content besides playing the games inside the casino. So TD:LR, TL:DR the missions will be structured like something like the missions from low-riders, just with a very large initial buy-in cost but huge first time rewards. Expect a string of missions with a storyline that is fun for you and your mates to play. And when you're done with those you can still carry out some odd jobs for some cash on the side.
PSA: check if your new Casino DLC car has an insurance (lucky wheel and contact missions reward)
many people here lost their fresh cars as they seem to come to you without insurance. make sure to activate passive mode before entering your new vehicle and drive it straight into the nearest garage. this applies to cars won at the lucky wheel as well as to the amoured car you get after finishing the 6 casino contact missions.
So i was playing the new dlc of gta “Casino” and did one mission and my haircut was bald. As soon as the mission started i got this haircut. I really like it but now its gone. And in the barber i cant find the haircut. Do you guys maybe know where to find this nice haircut??
